Chris Vecchio, Artist/Engineer, Part 2

Chris does some very interesting work, unlike any other artist I have ever seen. He combines electronic components with cherubs, wood and animal bones in this segment. Chris also explains how his piece "Myth of Genesis" came about.

The last post we made on Chris was back in March, so you might want to refresh your memory by watching Part 1 again. I have provided links for both.

Please note that these can only be played using Quicktime 7. I have previously posted information and links about how to get the FREE player which PC users will find on the Apple Download page, and Mac users at Apple Quicktime.

Anthony DeMelas, Part 4

Anthony's Uncle Tony was an outstanding artist himself as we see when two huge drawings are unrolled in front of our eyes. In fact, the entire family has a history of creating art, including Anthony's grandfather in Sardinia who sketched and participated in his generation's version of poetry slamming.

We will see in the next post that his mother, father, sister and two nephews, all create art too.

Quicktime 7 for PC Users

The new and amazing FREE player for Quicktime 7, the Windows version, can be downloaded at Apple Download page.

It is really easy to install, so do it now, you won't be disappointed in the quality, large viewing size and small file sizes.

Because the files sizes are much smaller, it helps me keep my storage down and loads faster on your system. Because of the larger viewing size, the increased sharpness and excellent color, the artists and their work can be seen in a better light.

Starting with my the next video I will only be posting the Quicktime 7 versions, so please get it now.

Anthony DeMelas, Part 3

Anthony talks about being a young graffiti artist. He also explains the process of turning still images he creates into videos and projections that he uses for theatre, dance and night club events. We play an excerpt from the video that he worked on with Ricardo Rivera entitled "Triumph of Summer", from a solo performance by Jesse Wilson.

Please see the posts that explain the additional Quicktime 7 (QT7) versions you have to choose from.
