TECHNICAL
What is supposed to happen is that once you reach the post page you selected that has video, a round, blue and white Quicktime logo should appear shortly
. Then soon after (depending on the speed of your connection) the first frame of the video should appear. You will see the bar slowly filling up and you can hit the play button (the large triangle in the center) before it fully loads. If you get a rectangular box with a small Quicktime logo that has a crack through it, you probably need to get QT or upgrade to 6.5.
If you need to get or upgrade your FREE Quicktime player go to: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
They will walk you through it from there.
The videos have sound, but not always thoughout, or unless otherwise noted. In some scenes the sound is really just ambient and not meant to be clear, other parts should be loud and clear. If you can't hear it very well, turn up the sound on your computer and check the level on the Quicktime sound controller to the far left.
Once the video has played though you have the option to download it to your computer by holding down the triangle at the bottom right corner of the controller bar.
Another problem that has surfaced is that Mozilla users and users of older versions of browsers like Netscape have had problems viewing the videos. The new version of Safari seems to work fine. I hate to say it but Internet Explorer is a safe bet.
Please let me know if you are still having problems at info@vincentromanielo.com. Thanks to the people who have reported problems in the past.
