Vincent Romaniello, video

In Part One of Transforming Materials into Meaning, I demonstrate how I make my the work. I have taken techniques originally developed for fresco painting and put a contemporary spin on it. For instance, I don't use intonaco but instead apply a mixture of acrylic ground along with my own combination of ingredients. In the near future I plan on adding additional footage about the meaning and inspiration behind the work.
